Lamebook, LLC v. Facebook, Inc. 
Lamebook is suing Facebook for declaratory judgement that its use of the Lamebook mark (name) and the look of its website are a parody of the Facebook Website and are thus protected forms of expression under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
