The motion is granted as to pltf's negligence claim alleging Lincare failed to inspect and discover an unreasonably and/or inherently dangerous defect or design in the oxygen sys tem and denied as to her negligence claim alleging Lincare failed to instruct her in accordance with the Manufacturer's Operating Manual.
