Zango Inc v. Kaspersky Lab Inc 
Plaintiff Zango Inc. alleges that defendant Kaspersky Lab Inc.'s anti-virus product "Kaspersky Internet Security" identifies plaintiff's software as being malicious and infectious, prevents users from downloading Zango products, prevents users from installing Zango products, and removes Zango weblinks and promotional links hosted by Zango publishers.
