The Court ORDERS that the Plaintiffs claims be SUBMITTED TO ARBITRATION, pursuant to this Courts Order and the parties agreement to arbitrate. The Court further ORDERS that this civil action is hereby STAYED pending completion of the arbitration proceeding.
