ORDER POSTPONING PRETRIAL CONFERENCE Due to the automatic stay afforded the Defendant, J & L Equipment Company and for other good cause shown, the Court is of the opinion that this matter should be Stayed until further Order of this Court; the pretri al conference now scheduled for 12/07/2009, is hereby Cancelled, Clerk is directed to remove this case from the active docket of this Court, to remain in inactive or closed status unless and until a party shall move to reopen for further action and t his case is ordered reopened; Counsel is required to file a status report with the Court and the Clerk's Office on May 1 and November 1 of each year so that the Court may be apprised of the status of the Bankruptcy proceedings.
