The Court further ORDERS that Defendant/Debtor's [1-5] Motion for Change of Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1412 from the United States Bankruptcy Court fot the Southern District of West Virginia to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida be DENIED AS MOOT.
