|June 12, 2014||212||MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Following careful consideration, for the reasons stated herein, the Court ORDERS that the 198 MOTION by Cleco Corporation for Partial Summary Judgment on Cross-Claim Against Selco Construction Services, Inc. be GRANTE D, that 193 MOTION by Deal Brothers Contracting, LLC for Partial Summary Judgment on its Cross-Claim Against the Defendant Cleco Corporation, be GRANTED, that the 206 MOTION by Penn Virginia Oil & Gas, Vitruvian Exploration, LLC for Partial Summ ary Judgment on its Cross-Claim Against Cleco Corporation, and 208 Pinpoint Drilling and Directional Services, LLC's JOINDER in Penn Virginia Oil & Gas and Vitruvian Exploration, LLC's MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment on its Cross-Clai m Against Cleco Corporation be GRANTED. The Court also considered the 211 MOTION for Oral Argument or Other Action by Deal Brothers.
