Filing 80 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 55 Motion for Summary Judgment. The motion is GRANTED as to any claims against the Milwaukee Police Department, Scott Charles, and Scott Randow, and those claims are dismissed. Summary judgment is DENIED with respect to Plaintiff's excessive force claims against Sean McCord and Michael Lees. The Court directs the pro se staff attorneys to attempt to recruit counsel for the limited purpose of representing Plaintiff at the final pretrial conference and trial.
