MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the undersigned concludes that the Commissioners decision is not supported by substantial evidence and based upon the proper legal standards. It is therefore ORDERED that the decision of the Commissioner denying benefits is REVERSED and this matter REMANDED to the Administrative Law Judge for further proceedings. Specifically, on remand, the Administrative Law Judge is instructed to:(1) provide a specific and articulable basis for his c redibility determination; and (2) determine whether Wilsons condition meets or equals Listing 1.08. A final judgment consistent with this opinion will be entered separately. Signed by Honorable Judge Gray M. Borden on 9/26/2017. Copies furnished to SSA Chief Judge, and Office of Hearings & Appeals.
