Plaintiffs retaliation and access to co urts claims as asserted against the remaining defendants (Sandra Giles, Ren Mason, Kenneth Jones, Daniel Gay, and Eric Williams (Grounds 3 & 4) are referred back to the Magistrate Judge for additional proceedings.
