May 1, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 29 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER directing that, upon consideration of the motions, for the reasons as stated, and for good cause, it is ORDERED as follows: (1) Insofar as Defendants' subpoena requests psychotherapy records contained in Plaintiff� 39;s Stanhope Elmore High School record, the Plaintiff's Motion to Quash Subpoenas to Stanhope Elmore High School or, in the alternative, for a Protective Order (Doc. 26 ), be and is hereby DENIED; (2) Plaintiff's Alternative Motion for P rotective Order (Doc. 26 ) be and is hereby GRANTED; the parties have until on or before May 14, 2014 to submit a joint proposed protective order to govern Plaintiff's psychiatric treatment records; and (3) Insofar as Defendants' subpoena requests Plaintiff's complete Stanhope Elmore High School record, the Plaintiff's Motion to Quash Subpoenas to Stanhope Elmore High School or, in the alternative, for a Protective Order (Doc. 26 ) be and is hereby GRANTED.
