MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: for the foregoing reasons, directing that the bankruptcy court must make additional findings of fact and conclusions of law as to whether Ms. Conniff has satisfied her burden of proving each of the three Brunner ele ments. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this case is REMANDED to the bankruptcy court for further fact-finding and legal determinations consistent with the Eleventh Circuits and this courts opinions, as further set out in order.
