August 27, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 50 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: It is ORDERED that the 20 Motion for Summary Judgment is due to be and is hereby GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows: 1. The Motion (Doc. 20 ) is DENIED as to Halls claims for gender discrimination in sus pension from coaching and in denial of performance-based bonuses and as to her retaliation claim based on denial of performance-based bonuses. 2.
