Filing 1 ORDER: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1871(b)(3), upon order of the court, a grand juror attending more than 45 days of actual service may be paid an additional $10 per day for each day in excess of 45 days. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that grand jurors serving in the Middle District of Alabama shall be paid an additional $10 per day for each day of service in excess of 45 days.
