Filing 1 GENERAL ORDER: With the consent and approval of the Marshal for the Middle District of Alabama, it is ORDERED that the United States Marshals Service contracted Court Security Officers ("CSO"s) and CSO management are authorized to carry a personally owned handgun (firearm) into any federal courthouse building in the Middle District of Alabama for the purpose of storing said firearm(s) in a secure place while on official duty as a CSO, subject, however, to the following conditions, as further set out in order.
