MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER directing that: 1) The Commissioner's 18 MOTION to Remand is GRANTED; 2) The decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED and REMANDED for further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 USC § 405(g), for the reasons set forth in the Motion to Remand (Doc. # 18 ) and in this Order; 3) Upon receiving notice of any entitlement to past-due benefits, Plf shall have 60 days in which to seek attorney's fees under 42 USC § 405(b).
