MEMORANDUM OPINION. For the reasons stated within, the Government's motion for summary judgment 56 is due to be GRANTED. Accordingly, the 14 Defendant Firearms and Claimant Gerald Talleys interest in the Defendant Firearms are due to be forfeited to the United State of America pursuant to CAFRA, by reason of a knowing violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3).
