ORDER - Nationstar filed a third-party complaint against CoreLogic (doc. 39), and now moves to sever for a separate trial the third-party action pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 21 and 42(b) (doc. 51 at 1). Because the motion is unopposed by all parties to the third-party claim, and for good cause shown, the court GRANTS CoreLogic's motion to sever the case and WITHHOLDS RULING on its motion to stay.
