ORDER: The court has determined that the plaintiff is not required to pay an initial partial filing fee. However, the plaintiff must pay the entire $350 filing fee over time. Therefore, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) and 1915(b)(2) and consistent with the plaintiff's Prisoner Consent Form (copy attached), the warden or chief jailer of the plaintiff's housing facility is DIRECTED to deduct and withhold from any deposits into any of the plaintiff's inmate accounts at the facility a sum equivalent to 20% of the total deposits each month after the first $10.
