Ct. at 1728, or that no "fairminded jurists could agree with the state court's de cision," Loggins, 654 F.3d at 1220. Therefore, Broadnax's claims are due to be denied and his Petition is due to be dismissed. An Order dismissing Broadnax's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by Prisoner in State Custody Under Death Sentence Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2254, doc. 1 , will be entered contemporaneously with this Memorandum Opinion.
