MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re 92 Plaintiff's Motion in Limine- For the reasons noted within, Kilgore's Motion in Limine is DENIED. However, Kilgore may renew her objection at trial should HGI seek to introduce evidence of misconduct it discovered after Kilgore's termination for the purpose of limiting her remedial relief. MEMORANDUM OPINION - Having considered this matter, and finding that Plaintiff has failed to establish any genuine issue of material fact on either claim in her complaint, the court finds Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (doc. 11) is due to be GRANTED on all counts of Plaintiff's complaint. An Order in accordance with this Memorandum Opinion with be entered contemporaneously herewith.
