February 22, 2019	Filing 59 MEMORANDUM OPINION - The action is before the court on the Secretarys motion for summary judgment. (Doc. 44 ). The motion is fully briefed. (Docs. 45 , 56 , 57 ). For the reasons discussed below, the court finds that there is no dispute of genuin e material fact, and the Secretary is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Therefore, the court WILL GRANT the Secretarys motion for summary judgment. For the reasons explained above, the court GRANTS the Secretarys motion for summary judgment and ENTERS JUDGMENT in favor of the Secretary on all of Mr. Johnsons claims.
