Filing 17 MEMORANDUM OPINION - Having carefully reviewed and considered de novo all the materials in the court file, including the report and recommendation and the objections thereto, Thomass objections are OVERRULED and the magistrate judges report is hereby ADOPTED and the recommendation is ACCEPTED. Accordingly, the court FINDS that Thomass claims for habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ' 2254 are due to be DENIED and this action is due to be dismissed. DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
