In his response, Mr. Jackson must address the apparent jurisdictional defects outlined by Judge Borden in Doc. #4 . If Mr. Jackson does not respond to the Court's order to show cause by June 3, 2022, the Court will remand this action to the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Alabama for lack of jurisdiction.
