Filing 8 ORDER For the reasons discussed in the corresponding Memorandum Opinion, Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Premier Cajun King, LLC are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the right of Plaintiff to petition to reinstate this action to pursue any claim embraced herein not adjudicated in, or discharged by, the proceedings in the Bankruptcy Court. Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Mike Alwine under Title VII, the ADEA, and the ADA are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE because those statutes do not permit individual liability in employment discrimination cases. Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and Appoint Counsel (Doc. # 2) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close this case and to mail a copy of this Order and the corresponding Memorandum Opinion to Plaintiff at his address of record.
