October 18, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 45 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING CASE that Central Bank's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction is GRANTED, and it is ORDERED that all claims in this case are DISMISSED, but without prejudice to First Metro's right to refile tho se claims in a court with proper jurisdiction, all of the pending motions filed by First Metro, including its motion for expedited pretrial conference, its motion for leave to file an amended complaint, and its motion for summary judgment, are DENIED as moot, costs incurred herein are taxed to plaintiff as more fully set out in order.
