Filing 50 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER the Plaintiff's motion to strike 36 (Case No. 3:17-cv-00051-AKK) and 24 (3:17-cv-01232-AKK) is DENIED. The defendants' motion for summary judgment 33 (3:17-cv-00051-AKK) and 23 (3:17-cv-01232-AKK) is GRA NTED IN PART, and the Equal Pay Act claims based on the pay disparity between the plaintiffs and Collier are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The gender discrimination claims under Title VII and retaliation claims under title VII and the Equal Pay Act will proceed to a jury trial on 6/24/19 at 9:00 AM at the John McKinley Federal Building in Florence, Alabama. The pre-trial Conference SET for 5/2/2019 at 2:00 PM at the Federal Courthouse, Huntsville, AL before Judge Abdul K Kallon.
