ORDER - After the court struck Plaintiff James Moorer's complaint for being a shotgun pleading (doc. #4 ), Mr. Moorer filed an amended complaint, removing all federal claims. (Doc. #6 ). Because the amendment deprives the court of federal question jurisdiction, the court ORDERS Bank of America to SHOW CAUSE, on or before August 26, 2021, why the court should not decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims and remand them to state court.
