MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING CASE that defendants' motions for summary judgment are, GRANTED in part. Summary judgment is entered in favor of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, and Officer Brett McCulley on all federal claims asserted i n plaintiff's second amended complaint, and those claims are DISMISSED with prejudice, Plaintiff's state-law claims are DISMISSED without prejudice; costs are taxed to plaintiff; as more fully set out in order.
