May 18, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 28 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - For the reasons stated above, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART LogiCores motion for summary judgment. The Court DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE Mr. Coxs retaliation claim. Mr. Coxs claims for Title VII and § 19 81 race discrimination will proceed to trial. The Court will set those claims for a jury trial.
