MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - The Boards motion, (doc. 77), is GRANTED, and Count Five of Ahmeds claim is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The University Officials motion, (doc. 75), is also GRANTED, and Ahmeds claims in Counts Three and Four are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE to the extent they seek retrospective relief and front pay against the University Officials in their official capacities. Ahmeds official capacity claims against the University Officials in Count Six are also DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, as they seek only monetary relief. MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - Ahmeds motion to amend is GRANTED IN PART, and he is ORDERED to file his Third Amended Complaint within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, subject to the following modifications: (1) he s hould omit his claims against the Trustees, whom he has voluntarily dismissed from the action; and (2) he should omit his claims against Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University, replacing that defendant with the appropriate defendant in Count Fi ve. To the extent it seeks relief against Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University, Ahmed's motion is DENIED and his claims against Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University are DISMISSED.
