March 13, 2017 56 Opinion or Order of the Court MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - For the reasons discussed above, the Court DENIES BASFs motion for summary judgment with respect to Ms. Hunters failure to accommodate claim. (Doc. 42). The Court GRANTS BASFs motion for summary judgment with respect to Ms. Hunters retaliatory discharge claim. (Doc. 42). The Court DISMISSES that claim WITH PREJUDICE. Ms. Hunters failure to accommodate claim will proceed to trial, and the Court will set that claim for a jury trial.
