MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER that it is ORDERED that defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED; Plaintiff's claim pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and her Title VII claims against the individual defendants are DISMISSED with prejudice; therefore all claims against defendants Sherry Ford, Lawrence Robey, Karen Butler, and Meshonda Perdue are DISMISSED with prejudice as more fully set out in order.
