MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING CASE that the defendants' motions for summary judgment are GRANTED and Plaintiff's claims for race discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983 are DISMISSED with prejudice; Plaintiff's state law claim for tortious interference is DISMISSED without prejudice, costs are taxed to plaintiff, as more fully set out in order.
