Filing 32 MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER re Before the court are the City of Madison's motion to dismiss, 17 , Troy Trulock's motion to dismiss, 22 , and Ralph Cobb's motion to dismiss, 27 ; Because Holden's claims for conduct occurring pr ior to December 2015 are barred by res judicata and due to his failure to timely file an EEOC charge for the rest of his claims, all three motions are due to be granted; Also before the court is the Defendant's motion to dismiss for want of prop er service, 2 , this motion is DENIED; As further stated within, the City's motion, 17], Trulock's motion, 22 , and Cobb's motion, are GRANTED; Holden's claims against the Defendants are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
