TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER - Accordingly, the defendants, Mr. Looney and Mr. Meadows, and their officers, agents, servants, employees, representatives, assigns and attorneys and all persons in active concert or participation with the defendants and who receive actual notice of the temporary restraining order, are prohibited from damaging, destroying, moving, removing, or encumbering any of the six tractors identified in this order. This order prohibits the defendants from selling, leasing, transferring, disposing of, or taking any action with regards to any of the six tractors. This temporary restraining order shall expire 14 days from its issuance unless dissolved earlier or extended for good cause. The Court will not set a bond amount or issue additional orders on the merits of this litigation until the defendants have appeared in this action and been heard.
