ORDER the Court GRANTS the Government's #8 Motion "for entry of an order of immediate possession" and ORDERS as follows: In accordance with the Declaration of Taking Act, the Tennessee Valley Authority, as agent of the Government, shall be put into immediate possession of the property described in the Governments declaration of taking to the extent necessary to permit the Tennessee Valley Authority to carry on any of its operations described in the pleadings filed in this action.
