ORDER Before the court is Plaintiff Ranger Environmental Services, LLCs Application for Entry of Default Against Defendants. Doc. #5 . In the supporting affidavit, counsel recounts the procedural history of the case and claims that Defendant Mountainside Coal Company, Inc. and Damian A. Caldwell were duly served with the summons, together with copies of the Complaint on March 27, 2023. Doc. 5-1 at 2. This claim is not supported by the record.
