DISMISSAL ORDER - On June 8, 2020, the Court received a notice from petitioner Donna Parks, in which Ms. Parks states: "I would like to withdraw this petition based on the fact that my claims do not appear to be cognizable in a habeas petition." (Doc. #3 ). The Court treats this statement as a notice of dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Accordingly, the Court dismisses this action without prejudice.
