Order re: 68 Notice of Voluntary Dismissal filed by Peter J. Barber. Plaintiff's claims against defendant Mitsui Oil Exploration Co., Ltd. are dismissed without prejudice, and the Clerks Office is directed to terminate Mitsui Oil Exploration Co., Ltd. as a party. The 74 MOTION to Stay is granted and this action is stayed pending a decision from the MDL Panel as to whether this case will be transferred to the Eastern District of Louisiana.
