The 149 MOTION to Strike Defendant's Summary Judgment Affidavit is granted & portions of the affidavit are stricken as set out. Order re: 48 MOTION to Dismiss for insufficient process and insufficient service of process filed by Mazda Motor Corp. The motion is granted insofar as service was defective and is due to be quashed, but is denied as to the dismissal of plaintiff& #039;s claims for insufficient service. Plaintiff's purported service of process on Mazda Motor Corporation via its American subsidiary is quashed. Plaintiff is ordered to file monthly status reports re: service on Mazda Motor Corp. on the fourth Tuesday of each month, beginning in August 2011. First status report due by 8/23/2011.
