ORDER REFERRING MOTION: Pending before the Court is Defendant AdvanceMed Corporation's ("AdvanceMed")Motion to Quash or Modify the Subpoena Rule 45 Subpoena issued to AdvanceMed by Defendant Coastal Neurological Institute. P.C. ("CNI") (the "Motion") and Memorandum in Support of same. (Docs. No. #10 and #11 .) On August 11, 2016, the United States and CNI filed a Joint Motion for an Extension of Time to File a Response to this Motion (Doc. No. #15 ), which the Court granted (Doc. No. #16 ). On August 22, 2016, the United States filed a Response to this Motion and Memorandum in Support of same. (Docs. No. #19 and #20 .) CNI will file its response on or before September 2, 2016.
