However, that local rule requires non-governmental artificial entity parties "to identify all parents, subsidiaries, partners, members, managers, trustees, affiliates, and similarly related persons and entities." Comcast SCH Holdings L.L.C., 374 F.3d 1020, 1022 (11th Cir. 2004) (per curiam) (for purposes of diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a), "a limited liability company is a citizen of any state of which a member of the company is a citizen"). A&C Schaff Properties, LLC is ORDERED to file an amended disclosure statement that complies with CivLR 7.1 no later than Fri. 10/22/2021 (form available at: https://www.alsd.uscourts.gov/forms/all-forms).
