ORDER that grounds 2-4 of Petitioner's Application For Writ of Habeas Corpus (Doc. 1 at 4) ARE DENIED WITH PREJUDICE. These claims have no merit and shall not be reasserted. Ground 1 of Petitioner's Application For Writ of Habeas Corpus (Do c. 1 at 4) IS DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff may renew his application for habeas corpus relief if DHS prevents him from posting the $75,000 bail set by the immigration court on October 19, 2005. Petitioner's motion for extension of time 26 IS DENIED AS MOOT. Plaintiff does not need to apply for a bond hearing.
