ORDER granting Plas' 65 Expedited Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement to this extent. Plas' Motion for Entry of Consent Decree is DENIED, but without prejudice to plas' right to bring an independent action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement which we have found to exist in this case. It is ordered dimissing this action with prejudice pursuant to the terms of the our order of 09/10/09. Dfts' Renewed 66 Motion for leave to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendants is granted.
