ORDER that Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. and MERSCORP, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint (MDL 09-2119, Doc. 1664) is granted in part and denied in part as set forth herein. Part of Counts III, Part of Count IV (Equitable Relief), Part of Count IV (Punitive Damages) and Part of Count V have been remanded to the transferor court. The Clerk shall file a copy of this Order with the transferor court.
