ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 20) is granted in part and denied in part as contained herein. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's fourth and fifth causes of action are dismissed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED t hat Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Strike (Doc. 20) is denied in all other respects. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that, within five days of this Order, Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint consistent with this order and joining her spouse as a plaintiff. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within the allotted time, the Clerk shall dismiss this case without further notice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) for failure to obey a Court order.
