IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's complaint (Doc. 1 ) is DISMISSED (without prejudice to filing an amended complaint) with lea ve to file an amended complaint by within 14 days of the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff chooses not to file an amended complaint within this deadline, the Clerk shall dismiss this action with prejudice without further o rder of this Court and shall enter judgment accordingly. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff chooses to file an amended complaint, the complaint may not be served until and unless the Court screens the amended complaint; accordingly, Plaintiff's motion for the Court to order service by the U.S. Marshals (Doc. 3 ) is denied without prejudice.
