FURTHER ORDERED that followin g resolution of Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 149 ), the parties shall attempt to reach an agreement as to the membership of the representative discovery class. If within two weeks after resolution of that Motion the parties have not reached an agreement, Plaintiffs shall file a notice to that effect with the court. See order for details. FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall meet and confer and, by 01/09/15, shall submit to the Court a revised form of Notice consist ent with this Order as well as a proposed schedule according to which (1) Defendants shall provide Plaintiffs with potential class members' names and last known addresses and (2) Plaintiffs shall send notice.
