Filing 72 ORDER that in this narrow copyright infringement action the Court does not have supplemental jurisdiction over state law claims related to Plaintiff Stremor Corp.'s employment of or relationship with Defendant Brandon Wirtz. FURTHER ORDERED that the Second Amended Verified Complaint for Declaratory Judgment (Doc. 48 ) is dismissed with leave to file by 12/19/14, a further amended complaint alleging only a claim for declaratory judgment of non-infringement of copyright and only facts direct ly relevant to the claim. FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff files a further amended complaint by12/19/14, Defendants may file a responsive pleading by 01/09/15.
